3M Nexcare ColdHot Cold Instant 2 Units are cushions that gets cold instantaneously to relieve pain. It supports the reduction on inflammations. It is very practical, easy to use, ideal for sport and travels.

Directions for use
ColdHot Cold Instant contains two different components, contained inside a single pocket, but separated before use. In order to activate the cushion, firmly press the central zone and mass the product in order to spread evenly the cold liquid inside the pocket.
