Description : Andina Discoloring Cream is the total bleanching care which safely and quickly lighten the too dark downy hair, in order to fade them in the velvety of the skin.
Indication : Discoloration of facial hair (upper-lip, chin), arms and body hair, eyebrows.
Includes a bleaching cream and an accelerative powder, to melt at the moment of use.
Conditioning : 2 plastic pots, melting plate and spatula.
Use : Melt on the plate, 1 measurement of powder with two measurements of cream, until obtaining a homogeneous paste.
Apply the mixture obtained with the spatula by covering completely the downy hair.
Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove the cream.
Rinse with water.
Active Ingredients : Peroxyde d'Hydrogène, Bicarbonate d'ammonium.
