Description : Linseed oil is rich in Alpha-linoleic acid. This "essential" fatty acid, which cannot be synthetised by the human body, belongs to the Omega 3 family, known to support the exchanges between the cells of the body and to contribute to emotional well-being. Arkocaps Linseed Oil is a precious source of plant origin omega 3.
Indication : Increase the omega 3 intake.
Use : 3 capsules a day during the meals, to take with a large glass of water.
