Description : Avent Toddler Cutlery Set for children of 18 months and more is specially designed for independent eating.
It contains a fork, a deep scoop spoon and a training knife with rounded edge, all 3 with a non-slip handle and an ergonomic shape for an easy grip, and with an ideal size for little hands which have grown up.

Indication : Learn independant eating. From 18 months.
Use : Around 2 years-old the child can become more difficult. Don't give up if he refuses a particular food: propose-it frequently to him, until he gets used to that particular food and ends up accepting to taste it. It is more important that the child often taste a particular food, rather than eating a lot of that particular food, because this is how he will systematically accept it. The refusal can come from various reasons, which one cannot alway identify.
Don't make the meal time a moment of stress. You should accept that the child is not hungry anymore, even if you think he didn't eat enough. Eat as often as possible with your child, in a calm and serene environment.
