Description : Bloxang is a sterile gelatine diminishable sponge. Its microporous structure allows the activation of coagulation. The sponge is characterised by a high capacity for absorption of blood and exsudats. It is endowed with neutral pH.
Dimensions: 4,0 x 1,0 x 1,0 cm.
Sterile conditioning.
Indication : Bloxang is intended in local haemostatic treatment, to stop the light nose bleeding, and in the treatment of surface wounds.
Use : Bloxang must be withdrawn from its conditioning under conditions preserving its sterility.
On the skin for the small wounds: clean the wound and apply Bloxang either dry, or humidified.
In case of nosebleed : introduce a stick into the concerned nostril.
Composition :
100 mg de Bloxang correspondent à 100 mg de gélatine (gélatine d'origine porcine).
