Description : THe hot-water bottle in gel by Cooper is practical, fast and one can use it without hot water. Just warm it up in the microwave for 50 seconds maximum, or else in double boiler, and knead it gently into your hands to spread the heat. Then you can use it to warm you up and relax.
Wrap the hot-water bottle in a cloth or a towel when you are using it, in order to avoid all risk of burn.
The gel is propylen-glycol based.
Use : Heating in the microwave: Place the hot-water bottle in the microwave for 50 seconds (maximum) at 800 watts. If the temperature is not high enough, knead the gel and then put the hot-water bottle in the microwave for 10 other seconds. Do not repeat more than 3 times 10 seconds. Be careful to never use the grill function or your oven convection microwave.
If the hot-water bottle begins to swell immediately stop heating, cool and remove it from the microwave. Overheating can damage the product but also cause skin burns. In case of bursting of the hot-water bottle in the microwave (in case of high heating only), clean the microwave to remove all traces of gel.
Double-boiling: Soak in hot, but non boiling water (90 ° C maximum) for 5 minutes.
Knead the gel, then wrap the hot-water bottle in a towel, and enjoy its warmth.
