Description : Ducray Keritol PSO Keratoreducing Cream is indicated for the care of squamous skins (elbows, knees...) and scalp, alone or associated with specific dermatologgic treatments.
PSO = Patches.Scales.Opaque.
Ducray Kertyol PSO Keratoreducing Cream contributes to eliminate the squamous zones of the body and scalp, through the action of complementary active ingredients:
- Kerytol, patented Pierre Fabre molecule, is composed of an association of 2 active ingredients, Ichtyol and Crotamiton, with respectively reducing, normalising squamous skin and rednesses properties, and soothing, alleviating cutaneous irritations properties.
- Glycolic acid allows to quickly decrease the cornea layer's thickness, supporting the elimination of accumulated "scales" on the surface of skin.
- Glycerin, moisturising* agent, is known for its emollient properties.

Indication : Localized squamous states of body and scalp. Irritations and rednesses. Adults, children from 3 years-old.
Use : Body: apply morning and evening in light massages, after a soft cleasning of the cutaneous zones to treat. Let stand 20 minutes minimum.
Scalp: apply in the evening to the scalp by tracing lines using the tube's special nozzle. Let stand all night long. In the morning, rinse with a Ducray dermatological shampoo.
