Description

La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Balm B5+ 40ml is a soothing ultra-restorative balm intended for the irritated or weakened skins of the whole family: adults, children and infants, for the body, face and lips.

Its formula associates:

  • Madecassoside promotes the restoration of the epidermis to resorb the irritation.
  • Panthenol concentrated at 5% intensely relieves and reduces the discomfort sensations of irritated and dry areas.
  • Tribioma, complex of prebiotic active ingredients, that allows to rebalance the microbiome of irritated skin.

It is enriched in antibacterial Zinc and Manganese to promote the conditions of optimum cutaneous restoration.
Its restorative efficacy has been proven in 14 indications, from daily irritations to monitoring superficial dermatological procedures.

Pro-massage formula, its optimum tolerance suits to the sensitive skins.Fragrance free.

Made in France.

Directions for use

Apply 2 times per day on clean and dry skin.

Can be used on body, face, lips. Avoid the eye area.
Do not apply to damaged skin, do not swallow.
Keep out of reach of children.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New formula is bad This use to be my holy grail for barrier repair during the winter months, it was so soothing, hydrating and moisturisering. It healed irritations and didn't clog my pores. Unfortunately the new formula is very drying and irritated my skin further, it also made my eyes sting/burn red and water even when I didn't put it near my eyes.

My usual, expensive moisturiser just wasn’t enough with the harsh weather and the central heating. I was using it at night first as it was a baim, me but now use it in the morning too. I put it on, have my breakfast and then put my make up on. Amazing product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average Unsure about the OG formula. But this formula makes my skin feel very greasy, doesn’t absorb properly and feels very sticky. It also causes dry patches around my mouth and chin area leading to dermatitis( where as it is supposed to be helping with that)

Unfortunately, the new cicaplast Balm B5+ just irritates and dries my skin out. Please bring back the old formula for very dry skin as an alternative.
