Description : Puressentiel Sleep-Easy Bath with 12 Essential Oils is appropriate for adults as well as children.
Used before sleeping : It supports a fast falling asleep and a peaceful deep and restorative rest.
Used during day: It soothes tensions, stress, irritability and makes you relaxed and relieved.
12 essential oils of Puressentiel Sleep-Easy Bath have alleviating, releasing, relaxing and sedative properties naturally supporting relaxation, relieving and falling asleep.
Essential oils HEBBD (Essential Oil Botaniquement and Biochimiquement Definite). 100% Natural. Dye-fre, preservative-free, free from synthesis fragrance. Free from mineral oils. Non tested on animals.
Indication : Get relaxed, relieved and rest. Calm tensions. Support sleep.
Use : Fill in the bath with 35°C to 37°C water, then pour the equivalent of 1 to 2 caps of Puressentiel Thinness Bath Shower Essence according to the size of the bath-tub. Shake to spread well.
Do not pour in an empty bath-tub because of the high percentage of essential oils.
If possible, take a short cold shower after bath on the lower limbs and then ahave a short rest, legs a little bit higher than your body.
You can also use this care to bathe feet.
Precautions for use: Essential oils are very active. Respect the instructions for use.
