In order to be able to savor all the intensity of the flavor and the properties of the plants of this infusion, pour simmering water (approximately 200 ml) on a sachet at the rate of 3 cups per day.
Leave to infuse for 4 minutes before tasting, preferably in the morning and/or at noon.
