Vitaflor Flowering Tops Yarrow 100g is a bulk infusion with Yarrow flowering tips (Achillea Millefolium L.).
Its origin is European and its name "Yarrow" would have been given to him by Achilles, hero of Greek mythology.
- In infusion: pour the plant into simmering hot water and let infuse 3 to 5 minutes, according to your tastes, to fully release the flavors and benefits of the plant.
- In decoction: immerse the plant in water and bring everything to a boil for 10 to 20 minutes, then let infuse 10 to 15 minutes off the heat before filtering.
- In maceration: pour the plant in cold water for several hours then filter.
