Vitaflor Matricaria Flowers 30g is a bulk infusion of matricaria flowers (Matricaria recutita L).
Wild and cultivated species, the matricaria also called "German chamomile" is widespread in almost all of Europe. The taste of the matricaria is quite close to that of the apple. In France, the first written recommendation concerning the culture of the matricaire dates back to 812, under Charlemagne.
- In infusion: pour the plant into simmering hot water and let infuse 3 to 5 minutes, according to your tastes, to fully release the flavors and benefits of the plant.
- In decoction: immerse the plant in water and bring everything to a boil for 10 to 20 minutes, then let infuse 10 to 15 minutes off the heat before filtering.
- In maceration: pour the plant in cold water for several hours then filter.
- Storage advice: Close the case well after each use.
