Arkopharma Arkorelax Strong Sleep 8H 15 Tablets is a food supplement in the form of a bilayer tablet based on melatonin.
It delivers the optimal dose of melatonin in rapid release (1 mg) and prolonged release (0.9 mg) for a full night, from falling asleep until waking up.
It contains a high concentration of plants known for their properties on sleep. Passion flower and valerian, in rapid release, help relaxation and eschscholtzia, in prolonged release, helps reduce nocturnal awakenings.
Without drowsiness or addiction.
Free from titanium dioxide, lactose and gluten.
Vegan.
Only for adults.
Take 1 tablet per day 1 hour before bedtime, to be swallowed with a large glass of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. This effect is obtained from the consumption of 1 mg before bedtime.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
If you are under medical treatment (antidepressants, sleeping pills or other sedatives), ask your doctor for advice before taking this food supplement.
