- Nursing balm: Wash your hands thoroughly before each use. Place a drop of balm on your finger and gently massage into the nipple.
Apply the balm to your nipples after each feed to reduce discomfort and soothe them. The product does not need to be rinsed off. Apply to healthy skin only. Keep out of reach of children.

Before using for the first time, the brand recommends applying a dose of balm to the crease of the elbow to ensure it is well tolerated.
Store at room temperature. For best results, avoid temperature variations and exposure to heat (sunlight, etc.).
- Nursing pads: Place the pad on your breast, orienting the folds on either side of the nipple.
Remove the adhesive protectors and refit your bra, pressing the pad lightly to secure it.
- Breast tips :
- Sterilize and clean breast tips before first use.
- Place the breast tip on the nipple. Orient the cut-out so that the baby's nose is in contact with your skin. Let your baby suckle.
