Mag 2 Sleep 2 x 30 Tablets is a food supplement in form of tablets based on Marine Magnesium and plants indicated for the difficulties of falling asleep, nervousness and tiredness.
It acts at 4 levels thanks to a complete formula:
- daily intake in Marine Magnesium and Vitamin B6 allows to reduce tiredness and nervousness state and contribute to normal functioning of nervous system.
- Melatonin up to 1,9mg helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep,
- California poppy contributes to improve natural sleep quality, to optimum relaxation and promotes relaxation and mental and physical well-being,
- Valerian helps to maintain a natural sleep and normal sleep quality.
The tablet 1 has a double layer: the first layer with immediate release of Melatonin, Magnesium and Vitamin B6 and the second layer with prolonged release of Magnesium for better assimilation.
The tablet 2 is based on plant extracts (Valerian, Lemon balm and California Poppy).
Take 2 tablets (1 tablet 1+ 1 tablet 2) with a large glass of water before bedtime during 1 month.
To renew if necessary.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Excessive consumption can lead to laxative effects.
Not recommended for children under 12 years old.
Do not take in case of severe kidney failure or allergy to any of the ingredients.
