Milical High Protein Slimming Cream 540g - Flavour: Cocoa Tentation is a low-calorie high protein diet powder snack, to reconstitute to obtain a cream with unique formula:
- intake ensured in proteins: 17g per portion (18g for Cocoa flavour),
- recommended daily consumption by the nutritionists is of 25g of fibres. A Milical cream flavour Vanilla covers more than 27% of this recommendation, a cream of caramel flavours covers more than 30% and a cream of cocoa flavour covers more than 32%.
- Milical cream has been enriched in vitamins: A, D, E, C, B1, B2, B6, B9 and in minerals: Calcium, Zinc.
Milical cream is an essential nutritional asset:
- It's a cream with reduced energy value (-49% compared to the average dessert cream on the market) and with reduced content in sugars (-90% approximately).
- to use in replacement of a part of your meals,
- proteins contribute to the maintain of muscle mass,
- cream is rich in fibres,
- it is a source of vitamins and minerals;
- while keeping pleasure and greedy of a real cream.
It is possible to use this cream to anticipate or compensate a punctual excess or few days of excess, or in regular use.
The box contains 12 cream to reconstitute.

- To anticipate or compensate for a punctual excess: Replace the previous or next meal with 1 cream + green vegetables.
- To anticipate or compensate for a few days of excess: Follow one day of the intensive phase of the Milical 3.2.2 program.
- In regular use, integrate the preparations in the context of method 3.2.2.
The Milical method 3.2.2. :
3-day intensive phase (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday):
- 3 Milical meals per day composed of: 1 Milical preparation + unlimited green vegetables (except at breakfast) + 0% dairy
- 2 snacks per day (1 Milical bar in the morning and 1 in the afternoon)
Phase return to food balance 2 days + 2 days:
Thursday:
- 2 Milical meals
- 1 balanced light meal
- 2 snacks (1 Milical bar in the morning and 1 in the afternoon)
Friday :
- 1 Milical meal
- 2 balanced light meals
- 2 snacks (1 Milical bar in the morning and 1 in the afternoon)
Weekend :
- 3 balanced light meals per day
- 2 snacks per day (1 Milical bar in the morning and 1 in the afternoon).
You can renew the Milical week.
Remember that in combination with this method, moderate physical activity will help you achieve better results.
Preparation of Milical cream:
- Preparation with shaker: Pour approximately 200 ml of water into the shaker, add 6 level scoops of the preparation. Mix vigorously until completely dissolved. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes.
- Preparation without a shaker: Pour about 200 ml of water into a bowl and add 6 level scoops of the preparation. Mix vigorously until completely dissolved. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes.
Milical products are used within the framework of method 3.2.2. Milical to replace part of your meal. They cannot be eaten as the sole source of food but must be combined with traditional foods.Sufficient water consumption should be maintained throughout the day (1.5 to 2 liters).
