Nutreov Optinuit Flash Sleep Melatonin 30 Tablets is a dietary supplement that helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviate the effects of jet lag.
Its formula combines:
- melatonin, dosed at 1 mg, also called the sleep hormone. It helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep at the start of the night and reduce the effects of jet lag.
- vitamin B6, which helps regulate hormonal activity.
