Nutrivie Griffonia Simplicifolia 30 Capsules is a 100% plant-based food supplement based on griffonia simplicifolia, a shrub whose particularity lies in the high content of 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) in its seeds.
5-HTP is an amino acid derivative known in particular to be the precursor of serotonin. It is titrated at 30% in 5-HTP.
