OM3 Junior For Children and Teenagers 45 Capsules is a dietary supplement based on fish oil, rich in Omega 3 and vitamin D with sweetener.
Indeed, so-called essential fatty acids can not be produced by the body. This supplement therefore brings the dose adapted to the needs of children. To facilitate their intake, these capsules are small, easy to swallow and can even be chewed.

Children between 6 and 10 years-old: 1 to 2 capsules per day.
Children over 10 years-old: 2 to 3 capsules per day.
Capsules to swallow or chew, to take in the morning with a fruit juice, at the beginning of a meal or right before sleeping.
