Harpagophytum has been selected for its richness in harpagosides: several studies show an improvement of joint comfort from 30mg of harpagosides per day. Its action is completed by the one from Queen of the Meadow extract that helps to maintain the flexibility of joints and Nettle extract that is beneficial for joint health.
