Pierre Fabre Health Care Dexeryl Cutaneous Dryness Cream 500g is a cream that durably repairs and moisturizes the dry to atopic skins, especially in the context of certain dermatoses (atopic dermatitis, ichthyosis, etc).
Its unique formula treats the symptoms of dry skins and creates a protective film that avoids dehydration and helps to protect the skin from external aggressions.
Fragrance free, it allows to limit and to prevent the irritations.

Apply the cream in fine layer on a dry and clean skin, once or twice per day or more if necessary (up to 6 applications per day).
Use a cleansing product that doesn't dry the skin.
Do not apply on wounds, mucous or eyes.
