Shake well before use.
Difficulty falling asleep: 2 sprays. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1mg of melatonin before bedtime. For continuous use over several months, medical advice is advised.
Jet lag: 1 to 2 sprays. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 0,5 mg just before bedtime on the first day of travel and the days following arrival at destination (4 to 8 days).
Not recommended for pregnant and/or breastfeeding women, patients with renal insufficiency, patients with hepatic insufficiency, people undergoing hormone replacement therapy for menopause and epileptics. For patients treated with warfarin, supplementation with melatonin requires regular medical advice.
Indication: Help reduce sleep time, reduce the effects of jet lag.
