Description
STC Nutrition Over Blast Gel BCAA 10 Doses is an energy gel to use during a high performance effort.
It contains:
- branched chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine) major components of muscle mass,
- vitamins B2, B3, B6 and C, which help to reduce fatigue,
- and is easily assimilated during intense efforts when it is difficult to eat.
Liquid, fresh mint taste.

Directions for use
1 to 2 doses per hour during training or competition, 1 to 2 doses per hour in training or competition, especially during intense long-term efforts (up to 6 per day).
