Shake the sachet well before use.
Take 2 to 4 teaspoons a day (about 9 to 18g / day) to mix in the food of your choice like yogurt, soup, fruit juice, in 4 intakes.
Per intake: 1 teaspoon (about 4,5g) to eat in a yogurt for example.
Close the bag tightly after opening.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
Ask your doctor for advice if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you are taking anticoagulants at the same time.
