Laboratoires IPRAD Thalamag Marine Magnesium Day Night 30 Capsules is a food supplement that contains Marine Magnesium, Vitamin C and Guarana extract that help to reduce the fatigue in the day, and also Valerian extract that contributes to natural sleep of quality.
1 yellow "Day" tablet in the morning and 1 blue "Night" tablet in the evening, to be swallowed with a glass of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
