Transillium 100 Capsules is a dietary supplement based on blond psyllium and microbiotic strain Bifidobacterium lactis BS01 dosed at 1 billion per capsule.
- Blond psyllium contributes to digestive and intestinal comfort and helps maintain normal transit. This plant is grown for the seed coat, which is rich in fibre. These soluble fibres form a viscous and lubricating gel in contact with water that contributes to normal transit.
- Bifidobacterium lactis BS01 is a lactic bacterium. Lactic bacteria are one of the constituents of the intestinal microbiota. Thus, their consumption contributes to the balance of the normal intestinal flora.
Gluten free, lactose free.

- Take 2 capsules of blond psyllium (blond capsules) in the morning and at lunch time with a large glass of water. If necessary, it is possible to take the 4 capsules in one take.
- Take 1 capsule of microbiotic strain (white capsule) per day, outside meals.
Program of 20 days.
It is possible to open the capsules and pour the powder they contain into the food taking the precaution that it is not too hot or icy or alcoholic.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
When taking this dietary supplement, it is important to maintain a sufficient daily water consumption between 1.5 and 2 liters.
