Valdispert Mélatonine 1,5mg 50 Tablets is a food supplement that helps to reduce time of falling asleep.
Its effect is obtained by the intake of at least 1mg of Melatonin at sleep time. It also helps to reduce the jet lag effects.
Without known dependence or addiction.
Take 1 tablet with a glass of water before bed.
Time differences: 1 tablet on the day of travel then for the next few days.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Adults and children over 12 years old. Not recommended for immunocompromised individuals and pregnant or breastfeeding women.
