This food supplement contains a 4 actions complex which contributes to:
- Reduce the time to fall asleep: Melatonin with a high dosage of 1,9mg helps to reduce time of falling asleep. The effect is obtained by taking at least 1mg of Melatonin when going to sleep.

The galenic innovation in the form of a liquid capsule releases a concentrate of active ingredients in a single capsule per day.
No known dependence or addiction to recommended doses.
Take 1 capsule with a glass of water, 30 minutes before bedtime.
