Valdispert Melatonin 1mg 50 Orodispersible Tablets is a food supplement based of Melatonin in form of orodispersible tablet.
This food supplement contains Melatonin, an hormone secreted by the pineal gland that regulates the rhythm sleep-wake. It has an important role in the process of falling asleep.
Valdispert Melatonin allows to reduce the time of falling asleep (Effect obtained by the taking of 1mg of Melatonin at sleeping time). It helps to reduce the effects of jet-lags (Effect obtained by the taking of 0.5mg of Melatonin at sleeping time).
