Honey soothes irritations of the throat, lemon juice has antiseptic properties, the eucalyptus essential oil sanitizes and liberates the nose, spices stimulate and strengthen the immune defenses.
This alcohol-free preparation can be used by all the family.
Dilute 2 to 3 tea spoons in 200ml of warm water. Shake before use.
