Vitaflor Sylvan Mallow Flowers 20g is a bulk infusion of Sylvan mallow flowers (Malva sylvestris L).
Native to Asia and Europe, Sylvan mallow, also known as grand mallow or wood mallow, is a plant common on wasteland, along paths and in gardens. The leaves are harvested in spring and the flowers in summer.
- In infusion: pour the plant into simmering hot water and let infuse for 3 to 5 minutes, according to your taste, to fully release the flavours and benefits of the plant.
- As a decoction: plunge the plant into water and bring it to the boil for 10 to 20 minutes, then let it infuse for 10 to 15 minutes off the heat before filtering.
- In maceration: pour the plant in cold water for several hours and then filter.
- Storage instructions: Close the case after each use.
