- Massage Oil with Arnica 200ml is a massage oil with Arnica specially formulated to facilitate the preparation and sport recovery. During sport activity, the preparation and sport recovery are essential:
- Before effort, massage the arms and legs with some drops of this oil in fast frictions. The warming and toning action of the massage completes the benefits of warming. The body is thus prepared to sport activity.
- After effort, ample and slow massage facilitates the recovery.
The oil strengthens the relaxing effect of massage.
