Ymea Menopause Day and Night Hot Flashes and Peaceful Sleep 128 Capsules is a food supplement based on unique mix of vegetable actives and vitamins. It answers to the needs of menopausal women thanks to its double action:
1: Day capsule for the control of hot flashes:
- Sage helps to relieve hot flashes and night sweats,
- Vitamin B6 contributes to regulate hormonal activity,
- Vitamin D3 contriutes to the normal functioning of the immune system,
- Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy metabolism.
2: Night capsule for peaceful sleep:
- Sage helps to relieve hot flashes and night sweats,
- Valerian helps to falling asleep,
- Lemonbalm contributes to peaceful sleep, optimum relaxation and allows to wake-up well rested,
- Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Day: take 1 yellow capsule in a large glass of water during breakfast.
Night: take 1 purple capsule with a large glass of water in the evening, preferably before bedtime.
