Ymea Menopause Day & Night Hot Flashes and Peaceful Sleep 64 Capsules is a food supplement which help to face to the menopause discomfort, day and night thanks to its unique mix of vegetable actives (Sage, Valerian, Lemon Balm) and vitamins. It has a double action:
- it controls the hot flushes by helping to reduce them and the night sweating caused by menopause,
- it allows a peaceful sleep by helping to soothe the night sweatings, to sleep and to have a sleep of quality and to be in shape.
The day capsule is recommended to control the hot flushes:
- Sage helps to soothe the hot flushes and night sweating,
- Vitamin B6 contributes to regulate the hormonal activity,
- Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system,
- Vitamin B12 contributes to a normal energetic metabolism.
The night capsule is recommended for calm sleep:
- Valerian helps to falling asleep,
- Lemon balm contributes to peaceful sleep, optimum relaxation and allows you to wake up well rested,
- Vitamin B6 contributes to the hormonal activity regulation.

Take one yellow capsule in a large glass of water at breakfast.
Take one purple capsule with a large glass of water during the evening, preferably before sleeping.
