Item Dermatologie KO Poux Anti-Lice Balm 100ml is a treatment for the elimination of lice by the mechanical effect of asphyxiation.
Perfectly tolerated, safe for the user and without risk of resistance development by the insect since it does not contain insecticides, it represents a good alternative to traditional anti-lice treatments. It is a gel that eliminates lice and nits thanks to a formula reinforced with dimeticone. This derivative of coconut oil, petrolatum oil and beeswax, by a combined action of envelopment suffocates lice which die from asphyxiation and dehydration. It does not run or sting.
The nutritive balm form prevents spattering on application, and leaves hair soft, shiny and easy to comb.

Treat all the infested persons the same day in order to avoid any recontamination. Use on dry and untangled hair.
Apply a sufficient quantity of product in order to impregnate well the whole hair. Massage the scalp to make penetrate the product, in particular at the level of the nape of neck and ears.
Let stand one hour, and then comb the whole hair, line by line, with the provided comb (washing it after each passage). Rinse hair with tepid water and wash with usual shampoo.
To avoid re-infestation, clean the fine comb after each use.
Rinse the hair with lukewarm water then use the usual shampoo.
Reapply after 7 days to avoid re-infestation.
External use. Do not swallow, do not inhale. Avoid all contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. In case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
Derived from coconut oil (50%), petrolatum oil (16%), dimethicone (10%), beeswax (5%).
