Soframar Fashy Universal Hot/Cold Compresse is a gel bead-based compress that can be used for both hot (thermotherapy) and cold (cryotherapy) applications. It has two sides: a velvet side that will bring softness to the use and one with a washable plastic coating very useful for use with creams or gels.
It is reusable, very resistant and remains soft and flexible, making it easy to use on all parts of the body.
It's a Class 1 medical device.

Heats up in the microwave for 30 seconds at 800 watts. Do not heat on the grill function.
Can be used cold by putting it in the refrigerator (2 hours minimum).
Can be cleaned with a damp sponge.
