Phytoceutic ProRoyal Bio 100% Propolis Extract 15ml is a food supplement, a hydro-alcoholic extract obtained by cold maceration of propolis in organic alcohol and water.
Propolis is a resinous substance collected by foraging bees from the buds and bark of certain trees. It is used as a biological protector of the hive: by creating an unfavourable environment for the development of micro-organisms, it protects from external aggressions.

10 drops a day morning and evening mixed to 1 spoon of honey or diluted in some water.
