- Weleda Arnica Massage Oil 100 ml is an arnica massage oil specially formulated to facilitate sports preparation and recovery. When practicing sports, preparation and recovery are essential:
- Before exercise, massage arms and legs with a few drops of this oil in quick rubs. The warming, toning action of the massage complements the benefits of the warm-up. The body is thus prepared for sporting activity.
- After exercise, a full, slow massage facilitates recovery.
The oil enhances the relaxing effect of the massage. Its composition based on organic sunflower and olive oils guarantees optimal glide. The skin is nourished and more supple.
