Arkopharma Arkorelax Stress Control 30 Tablets is a dietary supplement that combines two adaptogenic plants with magnesium and vitamin B6 to help better manage stress:
- better resist professional and personal overwork by stimulating physical and mental performance, thanks to rhodiola extract,
- find an emotional and physical well-being thanks to the extract of eleutherococcus,
- reduce fatigue, especially in times of overwork and maintain good psychological functions, thanks to magnesium and vitamin B6.
Does not lead to addiction or habituation.

Period of stress: 2 tablets in the morning.
More intense stress (examination, overwork...): 3 tablets per day (2 in the morning and 1 at noon).
To be taken with a large glass of water.
