Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not for me I so wanted to love this range but I didn't. It definitely tames the frizz, but it also left my copious fine wavy hair flat, limp, and totally lacking in body. On the plus side it smells absolutely gorgeous and I needed to wash my hair less often.

I purchased shampoo & conditioner for myself and a set for my daughter. iTCHY SCALP was incredibly unbearable after the first use. I tried 3 times then gave up. My daughter has developed a rash on the back of her neck. 2 x shampoo and 2 x conditioner now only fit for the bin! Such a waste. I have been using Kerastase Nutritive for 30 years without a problem and more recently the Genesis range as I love the lightness of the shampoo. My adult daughter has been using Kerastase since she was 10 years old. Neither of us have had a problem ever except with Absolu Gloss. I would avoid, mistake was an expensive one. I have written to Kerastase to see how they respond to an allergic reaction to one of their products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hair has never felt better I really didn’t want to like this shampoo, given the price tag… I bought the smallest bottle just to try it out, after finding my hair feeling dry, heavy and honestly just gross after trying lots of cheaper shampoos and conditioners. I wanted some shine and although I have straight hair, have some flyaways which have always annoyed me. I honestly could tell the difference after one use. My hair felt silky soft, so much easier to brush and it looked so much smoother than before. I’ve had multiple compliments on my hair just from using the shampoo and conditioner, the smell is also pretty nice too. Hard to describe but I’ve had people compliment that too! Really would recommend this if you’re looking for softer and glossier hair, I definitely felt it had smoothed some of the flyaway hairs too. Can’t speak for the frizz aspect but it does everything else it says on the tin

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Itchy scalp nightmare Although the shampoo smells beautiful and it did make my hair look very shiny and glossy it gave me an awful itchy scalp that I’ve never experienced before in my entire life and I’m 38. I wouldn’t recommend this shampoo. It was almost straight away that I started to get an itchy scalp , but I thought I would continue trying to use it but it got worse each time I used the product , such a shame because I really like the smell and my hair did actually look really healthy and glossy but wouldn’t buy again and such a waste of product ! Because I bought the bigger bottle

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for two weeks - a good start - hair looked great. I suffer from frizz so was very pleased with the result. However, I have had to stop using as its caused intense itching and left me with huge dandruff flakes and sore head. My daughter also experienced this and stopped using straight away.

I thought it was just me and that a product so expensive had to work, but after reading these reviews, I can see I'm not the only one. I was so excited to try these, as all I want is shiny, frizz free hair, everything this promises. Sadly after buying the whole range, it looks worse now. I'm so disappointed. My hair is fine and straight with fly aways, not one bit of frizz was calmed with this product.
