Period of cancellation and return
In application of the article L.121-20 from the Code of Consumption, you have 14 days from the receipt of the parcel, to return it to us if the products were not suitable for you. You are responsible for the delivery charges of the return. The items will have to be sent back complete, in their original package. We will not take and pay back any item that will be sent back incomplete, damaged, broken, or soiled.
In accordance with the article L.121-20-1 from the Code of Consumption, the item(s) that will be sent back will be paid back to you within 30 days according to the date on which this right was exerted.
In case of abusive returns, Cocooncenter.co.uk reserves the right to refuse all future order.
Missing item in your parcel
Cocooncenter is keen on preparing the orders with the greatest care. Nevertheless, it may happen that an item is missing.
In this case, immediately let us know by calling our Customer Service at +44 20 3445 5488. Then, you will have to send us a sworn statement, certifying that an item is missing in your parcel, and enclose a copy of your identity card.
After checking, Cocooncenter will send or pay you back the item, subject to the legitimacy of the buyer's demand.
This is why you should check the conformity of your parcel at the delivery. Your demand will have to be imperatively notified to our customer service (+44 20 3445 5488) the day of the delivery, or at the latest 1 business day after receipt of the parcel.
Any complaint after this deadline will be rejected and Coconcenter will be released from all responsibility.
