Alvityl Méla-Sommeil Lib 15 Tablets is a plant-based food supplement containing melatonin, which acts on the different phases of sleep, particularly in cases of nervousness: a gradual, long-lasting action providing quality sleep for a serene awakening.
Thanks to a unique technology, the three layers are released successively, respecting our chronobiology and enabling the specific action of each layer according to our sleep cycles:
- The 1st layer is composed of melatonin to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, and valerian to promote sleep.
- The interim-release 2nd layer contains eschscholtzia and passionflower to promote quality sleep.
- Delayed-release 3rd layer helps maintain a normal, balanced mood thanks to lemon balm, and brings serenity thanks to hawthorn, which reduces nervousness.

1 tablet to be swallowed with a glass of water 30 minutes before bedtime.
