Arkopharma Arkocaps Cod Liver Oil 60 Gel-Caps is a food supplement based on cod liver oil, a source of vitamins A and D.
Vitamin D is necessary for normal bone growth in children and for the maintenance of normal bones in adults. It also provides DHA, which helps maintain good brain functions, such as cognitive functions.
- Children from 6 to 10 years old: take 2 capsules per day.
- Children from 11 to 15 years old: take 3 capsules per day.
- Adults and teenagers over 15 years old: take 4 capsules per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
A food supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Store away from light and humidity, at a temperature below 25°C.
