Eafit BCAA 4:1:1 120 Capsules is a dietary supplement formulated with valine, leucine and isoleucine, so-called "branched chain" amino acids which are naturally present in muscle tissue. They are essential for our body because it cannot synthesize them and must be provided by food.
Vitamin B6 helps reduce fatigue.
Complies with the anti-doping standard AFNOR NF V94-001.
Take 6 capsules per day, preferably 3 capsules 1h30 before training or the test and 3 capsules 1h30 after training with a large glass of water. To be taken during periods of intensive training or competition over 20 days, to be renewed at least 20 days apart.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
It is advisable to consume this food supplement as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Close well after opening. Store away from heat and humidity.
