Vitaflor Linseed 120g is a bulk infusion of flax seeds (Linum usitatissimum L).
Flax is part of the linaceae family. From the Mediterranean basin, this plant is now cultivated almost everywhere in the world in temperate climates. Today Canada is the largest producer and exporter of flax seeds.
- In infusion: pour the plant into simmering hot water and let infuse 3 to 5 minutes, according to your tastes, to fully release the flavors and benefits of the plant.
- In decoction: immerse the plant in water and bring everything to a boil for 10 to 20 minutes, then let infuse 10 to 15 minutes off the heat before filtering.
- In maceration: pour the plant in cold water for several hours then filter.
- Storage advice: Close the case well after each use.
