Vitaflor Serenity Organic 18 Sachets is a herbal tea based on Orange and Linden. Orange leaves and flowers are known for their relaxing and soothing properties and help restore quality sleep.

Immerse a bag in simmering hot water and infuse for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your taste, to fully release the flavors and benefits of the plant. Drink 3 to 4 cups throughout the day in addition to a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
