Whamisa Toner Refresh with Organic Fermented Flowers 155ml is a (re)balancing essence intended for combination to oily skins.
Enriched with lotus flower and citrus extracts, it prepares the skin to receive optimal care. Aloe and chrysanthemum extracts replace the water in the formula. The ingredients are fermented for maximum efficiency.
