Description
Essity Actimove Physiopack Hot/Cold Reusable Pack 12cm x 29cm is a gel pack indicated in application:
- hot in case of muscle pain, inflammation and arthritis, muscle stiffness,
- cold in case of traumatic lesion, inflammation, muscle spasm, arthrosis or during reeducation.
Hot or cold, it always remains supple.
It is endowed of a cover that avoids direct contact with the skin.

Directions for use
Read the instruction before use.
In cold application: forbidden in case of circulation troubles, Raynaud's diseases, Cryoglobulinemia, cold Paroxysmal hemoglobinuria and cold urticaria.
In hot application: forbidden in case of circulation troubles, turmors, sensory disturbances, acute trauma, bleeding, acute inflammation and acute edema.
Cools in the freezer (2 hours for a temperature at -15°C) or in the refrigerator (6 hours for a temperature at 10°C).
Heats up in the microwave (4 minutes at 100 Watts) or 2 minutes in boiling water at 80°C.
Do not apply directly to the skin and for 20 to 30 minutes maximum.
Always check the condition of the bag before use.
