Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Reformulation The 2024/2025 reformulation is absolutely awful. It pills with Retin-A, it pills with sunscreen, and it even pills when used just by itself! The prior formula was my holy grail but this new formula is completely unusable due to pilling. I have to find a new moisturizer now as I won’t repurchase this. Please bring back the prior formula.

This cream has massively improved my cheeks within 1 week of use every evening. Skin has gone from dry, tight and flakey and is now plump and subtle! Highly recommend for healthcare workers suffering from PPE wearing!

Last week I bought 3 tubes on a 3 for 2 offer. It is now really thick and greasy, so they have obviously changed the formula. I am so disappointed.... I will have to use it as foot cream, as I can’t use it on my face. Please bring back the old recipe that everyone liked so much!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why change it! I used to use this religiously as I loved it! Bought a new one last week and thought I bought the wrong one as it was different, so I bought another today. It turns out I didn’t get the wrong one, both the packaging and product have changed. The moisturiser is a lot thick and a lot greasier. Gutted as there was no need to change it and I am now having to try another brand! Eucerin, if it’s not broke then don’t fix it.
