Rated 1 out of 5 by from New formula not suitable for my skin. Disappointed that the formula has changed. My skin has broken out in bumps, rednes, and itching. I've used the dry skin formula for years with no problems. Please bring it back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why did you change a great product? I used the old formula primarily as a cream for the eczema on my hands as it heals my eczema really well and is importantly not greasy. Most hand creams are too heavy, which aggravates my skin. This new formula leaves a greasy/ waxy coating on the skin which is highly unpleasant. This formula change is disappointing as these are the kinds of products people come to rely on when they have a specific skin issue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible new formula Having spent many years trying to find a face moisturizer that didn't cause my sensitive skin to react, finding this cream was nothing short of amazing. It's been my go to for years, using morning and night to keep my skin soft and blemish free. This new formula is awful and has caused my skin to breakout in spots, which has been very upsetting and sore. Why do so many skin care brands choose to change their formulas, if this was a cost down exercise it's not been a success, I would happily have paid more to keep the old formula. I'm now back to trying to find an alternative brand and have lost my faith in Eucerin for the many other products I purchase from them. So disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not liking the new formula This was my go to day cream. I have extremely dry skin and have been using Eucerin face cream for very dry skin for about 5 years. The new formula is runny, has no substance and I need to use a LOT more and don't get the same results. It's a very different cream, not a better version of the original cream. Very disappointed and have had to look at options for another brand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Reformulation The 2024/2025 reformulation is absolutely awful. It pills with Retin-A, it pills with sunscreen, and it even pills when used just by itself! The prior formula was my holy grail but this new formula is completely unusable due to pilling. I have to find a new moisturizer now as I won’t repurchase this. Please bring back the prior formula.
